Pricing

What a tailored application costs, in money instead of evenings.

Tailoring one application properly in a document editor takes 30–60 minutes — reading the listing, deciding what to foreground, rewriting, checking you have not oversold anything. It costs the same at the end of a search as at the start.

Credits are what you spend instead. Buy them once, in the size that fits the search you are actually doing, and every new account starts with one free.

Credits wait for you

Job hunting is bursty — a fortnight of intensity, then quiet, then a role appears that is worth the effort. Credits never expire, so a pack bought during one search is still there for the next one, and the quiet stretches cost you nothing. There is nothing to cancel and nothing that lapses while you are not looking.

Questions

What does one credit buy?
1 credit = 1 Application — one job listing and everything written for it. The tailored resume, the AI-checker pages behind it, the PDF, a cover letter whenever you ask for one, and one Modification round to put right whatever the first pass got wrong.
What if something goes wrong and no document comes out?
No PDF, no charge. If you did not get a document, you did not spend a credit — the credit goes back automatically. That is deliberately a rule rather than a list of situations, so it also covers the ones nobody thought of in advance.
What does it cost me between job hunts?
Nothing. Credits are bought once and wait until you use them: they never expire, so the stretch where you are not applying costs you nothing, and there is nothing running in the background to remember to cancel. A pack bought during one search is still a pack during the next one.
Is VAT included?
Yes. Every price is VAT-inclusive, so the figure on this page is the figure you pay. There is no tax added at the end and nothing to work out for yourself.
Can I see what it produces before I buy anything?
Every new account gets one credit, free. What it produces is identical to what a paid credit produces — the same resume, the same AI-checker pages, the same PDF — because a cut-down version would demonstrate something we do not sell.
What if I want changes to a document I already have?
One Modification round is included in the credit that produced it: you mark what is wrong, answer whatever was missing, and the document comes back changed. Another credit adds three more rounds on that same Application. What you tell tailorr is never metered — answers and corrections stay in your Profile whether or not a round is available, which is why the next Application starts further along than the last.
Why are the prices in pounds?
tailorr is offered to UK residents at launch, and prices are shown in pounds to everyone who reads this page. Nothing is converted into a local currency behind your back, so the price you were quoted is the price you are charged.
